Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef, in 1-inch cubes
    1 lb. onions, sliced (3 c.)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook beef until well browned on all sides. Remove from pan. Add onions to drippings. Saute until golden. Return meat.
    Add paprika, salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Stir in 3/4 cup beef broth; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Combine flour and remaining broth. Gradually add to beef mixture, stirring constantly. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
    Just before serving, add sour cream.
    Do not boil. Serve with noodles.
