Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sliced, pared Winesap apples
    1 qt. 1/2-inch soft Cookbook bread cubes
    1/4 c. melted Oakfarms butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine apples and bread cubes in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine butter, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice.
    Pour over apples in casserole.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with brown sugar and reheat a few moments, if desired.
    Top with Oakfarms cream.
