Cranberry Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
2/3 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh cranberries, chopped
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat eggs with fork just until blended.
Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter and salt. Sprinkle cranberries in pastry shell.
Arrange pecan halves on top of cranberries.
Pour syrup mixture carefully over pecans.
Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean.
Cool on rack before serving.
If edge of pie seems to be browning too quickly, cover it with a strip of foil.
Serves 6 to 8.
