Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. or more raw rice
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add onion and rice; brown.
    Place in casserole, then lay chicken on top.
    Spread soup over this, then pour water over entire casserole.
    Salt and pepper, as desired. Cover with foil; cook 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Remove foil and brown 15 minutes.
