Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening (soft)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. warm water
    6 c. flour (plus more)
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in the 1/2 cup warm water.
    Using a mixer, make a batter of the sugar, shortening, salt, eggs, 1 3/4 cups warm water, 3 cups flour and yeast mixture.
    Using a spoon, add 3 cups more flour.
    Turn dough out on lightly floured table.
    Grease bowl and turn upside down over dough.
    Let rise 15 minutes.
    Knead until a soft dough, using around 1/2 to 1 cup flour.
    Let rise until double or a little more than double.
    Pinch off a piece, roll in a ball and place on greased cookie sheet to make buns.
    You can make any kind of rolls or cinnamon rolls with this dough.
