Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 whole chicken breasts, halved
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Italian style bread crumbs
Preparation

Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Combine sour cream and mustard in shallow dish.
Mix well.
Dip each chicken breast into mixture and dredge in bread crumbs. Arrange in single layer in baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until tender.
