Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can LeSueur peas (new or baby peas)
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    4 oz. pimentos, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain corn, beans and peas and put them in a bowl.
    Boil sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Bring them to a good boil. Pour the boiled mixture over the beans; add chopped onions, pepper and pimentos.
    Stir and refrigerate.
