Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 box Jiffy muffin mix
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add cheese, onions, salt and butter.
    Mix well. Add Jiffy mix and broccoli; stir until well mixed.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until light brown.
