Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. thin sliced roast
    1 to 3 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 to 3 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 to 3 tsp. barbecue salt
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate (Accent)
    1 to 3 tsp. garlic powder
    1 to 3 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    The amount of seasoning depends on how hot you want your jerky. Mix all of the spices and pour over meat.
    Marinate for 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Set oven temperature at 150\u00b0.
    Place meat on oven racks.
    Cook with oven door propped open about 1-inch. Meat should dehydrate, not cook.
