Mexican Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole tomatoes (16 oz.), chopped
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 large green pepper
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
    flour
    round steak
Preparation
    Work all the flour you can into steaks.
    Melt the Crisco. Cook the steak well on each side.
    Add water, tomatoes, onion and green pepper.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cook 1 hour.
