Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 can kidney beans, washed
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dark prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cook and cool frozen vegetables.
    When cool, add celery, green peppers, onions and kidney beans.
    Cook the following:
    vinegar, sugar, prepared mustard, salt and cornstarch.
    Cook until thick. Let cool and add vegetables.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
