Ham And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of onion soup
    1 can chunk ham
    1 can Minute rice
    grated cheese (enough to cover top)
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in a little oil.
    Combine rice, can of soup, plus can of water.
    Crumble ham and add all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cover top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melts.
