Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Veg-All, drained well
    1 can Mexi-corn, drained well
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    Minute rice
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    1 tomato, diced
Preparation
    Cook rice in boiling water, covered, for 10 minutes.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Refrigerate (the longer the better).
