Hawaiian Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked yams (canned or fresh)
    1 large banana
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Slice yams and place into buttered 2-quart dish.
    Slice banana on top of yams.
    Pour juice on top.
    Sprinkle top with salt, nuts and coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 with 202 calories per serving.
