Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. white potatoes
    6 eggs, boiled
    1 c. mayo
    1/2 c. relish
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to season
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and eggs for about 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. (Hint: They are done when you stick fork in easily and potato is somewhat firm.)
    Let cool entirely.
    Dice potatoes and eggs in a large bowl.
    Add mayo, relish, mustard, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and celery.
    Mix well.
