Cheddar Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    approximately 10 potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes until tender, then peel and grate.
    Mix with remaining ingredients. Put in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
