Snappy Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (4 oz. each) green chilies
    1 lb. grated mellow Cheddar cheese
    7 eggs
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 qt. milk
    salt
Preparation
    Butter a large shallow baking dish. Split and seed chilies (I use the mild ones) and spread flat in bottom of dish.
    Cover chilies with cheese.
    In a large bowl, beat eggs and add Bisquick and milk.
    Beat well with mixer.
    Pour egg mixture over peppers and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
