Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. milk
sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked macaroni
1 egg
Preparation

Brown beef, onion, salt and pepper.
When brown, add tomato soup.
Cook macaroni until tender and drain well.
Beat together milk and egg and add to the macaroni.
Spread macaroni mixture on the bottom of shallow greased baking dish.
Cover with beef and tomato mixture.
Top with slices or grated Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
