Parsley Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or more large bunches parsley
    mayonnaise, sour cream or low-fat yogurt
    salt
    freshly ground pepper
    grated onion
Preparation
    Chop parsley well after washing and removing stems.
    Mix with enough mayonnaise/sour cream/yogurt to be spreadable and to taste. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add onion (1 tablespoon per bunch). Serve with Wheat Thins, Melba toast or Triscuits.
    Guaranteed to be gone in minutes.
