Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Having a stock of crepes on hand in your freezer can be a life-saver at times.
    In an emergency, you can turn out a gourmet dish in a jiffy.
    Fill with almost anything and top with a good sauce and with a salad the meal is a success.
