Majestic Peanut Butter Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 2/3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. chopped unsalted roasted peanuts
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
2/3 c. lemon juice from concentrate
1 (10.8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and peanuts, stirring to mix.
Add melted margarine, stirring to mix.
Press mixture on bottom and up sides to top of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
Place peanut butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and cream with electric beaters.
Add cream cheese and beat at medium speed of electric mixer until thoroughly mixed.
