Chicken Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef or pork sausage
    1 chicken
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 box Zatrane's dirty rice mix, cooked as directed
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, parsley flakes and Tony Creole seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Saute sausage, onion, bell pepper and chicken with seasoning in large skillet with 2 tablespoons butter until sausage is done, then add dirty rice mix.
    Mix well and let simmer for about 25 minutes.
