Deviled Crab Meat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. green onion tops, chopped
    2 (7 oz.) cans crab meat
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    diced whites of 5 hard-boiled eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation
    Make white sauce in double boiler with first 4 ingredients; add celery and onion.
    Gently fold in crab meat, bread crumbs and hard-boiled egg whites.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole; top with buttered crumbs and bake 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
