Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    coarse salt (regular salt is okay)
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.\tMix all ingredients, except egg and salt.
    Knead dough and shape into 12 large or more smaller pretzels.
    Brush
    with
    egg
    and sprinkle with salt.
    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
