Beefy Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. A.1. steak sauce
5 c. tortilla chips
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz.)
dairy sour cream
1 c. chopped tomato
1/4 c. diced green chilies, drained
1/4 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
Preparation

In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown beef and onion; drain.
Stir in steak sauce.
Arrange tortilla chips on a large heat-proof platter.
Spoon beef mixture over chips; sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 6 inches from heat source, for 3 to 5 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomato, chilies and olives.
Serve immediately.
Serves 6.
