Ground Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 (2 lb.) can tomatoes
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced American cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat together with onion and garlic in heavy pan.
    Drain any fat.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings.
    Simmer at least one hour.
