Scalloped Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
juice of asparagus
2 c. cooked asparagus
1 pimento
1/2 c. cheese, cut up fine
4 boiled eggs
Preparation
-
Make a sauce of butter, salt, flour, milk and juice.
Place the last four ingredients in baking dish.
Pour sauce over it and top with bread crumbs.
Bake 20 minutes in a 400\u00b0 oven.
