Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 to 30 large mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    4 oz. pepperoni, diced
    24 Ritz crackers, crushed
    6 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2/3 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms and remove stems.
    Chop stems; set aside. Drain mushroom tops on paper towels.
    Melt butter and add onions, garlic, pepper, pepperoni and mushrooms in frying pan.
    Fry until tender (not brown) on lower heat.
    Add cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese, parsley, seasoned salt and oregano.
    Mix well and add broth.
    Spoon stuffing into mushroom.
    Place in cake pan with 1/4 cup water and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
