Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken or 6 chicken breasts or other favorite pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 soup can milk
    1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Brown chicken parts.
    Combine soups, milk and rice and place in baking pan or casserole with a large surface area (9 x 13-inch pan works well).
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Cover tightly. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Brown rice requires longer cooking. Casserole may be prepared and baked, then refrigerated.
    Allow 30 minutes to reheat.
