Fresh Veggie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    1/2 c. pitted green olives
    1/2 c. ripe olives
    1/2 c. each of Swiss, Cheddar and Hot Cheese, cubed
    2 or 3 bunches green onion, chopped
    1 bottle any creamy salad dressing such as Green Goddess
    Bacos
Preparation
    Break cauliflower and broccoli into bite size pieces.
    Drain olives, cube cheeses and chop green onions.
    Place in a large bowl.
    Add dressing and toss gently.
    Cover and refrigerate. Before serving, toss gently and top with Bacos.
    Serves 12.
