Wild Rice And Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked wild rice or brown rice or 1 pkg. long grain and wild rice, cooked to directions
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1 c. chopped yellow bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped chives
Preparation
    Prepare rice; cool.
    Mix the salad dressing, oil, black pepper and lemon peel.
    Add rice and remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
    Makes 6 servings.
