Fettuccine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked fettuccine
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. lite cream cheese
    1 1/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Add garlic.
    Cook until tender. Add flour and slightly brown.
    Gradually add milk while stirring. Add cream cheese and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
    Pour sauce over cooked fettuccine and sprinkle remaining 1 cup Parmesan cheese on top.
