Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onions
8 oz. cut up sauerkraut
8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
breadcrumbs
flour (for dipping)
Preparation

Cook sausage and onions, then drain.
Add 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs and mix well.
Add cream cheese, sauerkraut, parsley and mustard.
Chill.
Make into small balls and dip into bowl of flour, then into milk and egg mixture and then into bowl of breadcrumbs.
Fry in hot oil until browned.
