French Silk Chocolate Pie With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    low sugar raspberry jam or fresh raspberries, mixed with dissolved gelatin to make a stiff sauce
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits (6 oz.)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Spread raspberries in a thin layer across the bottom of the pie crust.
    Heat milk to just below the boiling point (I use the microwave).
    Put milk, chocolate, egg and sugar into blender.
    Add the hot milk and immediately blend at low speed for 1 minute. Pour into crust over raspberries.
    Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
