Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
    4 Tbsp. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt or less
    few shakes celery salt, garlic salt and pepper
    5 drops Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cook ingredients in pan on stove. Refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, blanch cabbage leaves and when cool enough, fill with meat ingredients, enough to roll cabbage leaves.
    Place in a dish large enough so they won't come apart.
    Pour 1 can tomato sauce over them.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Baste once in awhile so they won't dry out.
    You can use this as soon as you make it, unless you want to let it sit overnight.
