Hoot Gibson'S Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 large cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. parsley flakes, crushed
    1 c. water (more if needed)
    6 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Take garlic cloves and crush into salt until it turns to paste.
    Combine all ingredients, except beef (should be a mixture like loose oatmeal).
    Add in meat and mix with hands until well combined.
    Roll into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place on baking sheet with no rack.
    Bake for about 20 minutes. Makes about 120 meatballs.
