Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. boiling water
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cold water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water (should feel warm to fingertips)
Preparation
    Combine shortening and boiling water.
    Stir until shortening is melted.
    Combine eggs, sugar and salt.
    Beat in cold water in another bowl.
    Soften yeast in warm water in another bowl.
    Combine 3 mixtures.
    Add flour.
    Dough will
    be too soft to knead.
    Mix with a heavy spoon until flour is mixed in completely.
    Cover and chill overnight.
    Remove dough from refrigerator; punch down. Pinch off amount needed to form each roll.
    Shape and let rise until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Shape remaining dough into neat ball and keep in refrigerator (well covered).
    Fresh rolls every day!
