Pizza Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. scalloped potato mix
    16 oz. canned tomatoes, chopped or pureed
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    pepperoni
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Empty scalloped potato mix, including seasoning, into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Heat tomatoes, water and oregano to boiling.
    Stir into potatoes.
    Arrange pepperoni on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
