Pizelles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 eggs
1 1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. anise oil or 3 tsp. lemon extract or 3 tsp. vanilla or 3 tsp. rum
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar a little at a time until smooth.
Add melted butter and desired flavoring.
Slowly add flour and baking powder, sifted together.
Batter should be fairly thick.
Spray pizelle iron with Pam.
Spoon 1 teaspoon in center of design.
Takes about 1/2 minute.
