Parslied Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    6 green onions
    2 medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 head lettuce, torn into pieces
    croutons
Preparation
    Mix oil, vinegar and spices.
    Add onions, tomatoes and parsley.
    Marinate 1 hour or longer.
    Pour on lettuce and toss lightly.
    Top with croutons.
