Chicken With Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. virgin olive oil
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sherry cooking wine
    1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
    2 medium onions, julienned
    1 red bell pepper, julienned
    1 green bell pepper, julienned
    8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1 lb. fettuccine
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saut first 8 ingredients together in large pan until cooked. Add fresh tomatoes; let simmer for 10 minutes. Cook fettuccine per directions on back of box; drain. Mix well. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on individual servings.
