Ground Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. egg noodles
    1 (12 oz.) can Niblets Mexicorn
    1 can tomato soup, diluted
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat and onion; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cook in oil for 5 minutes or until slightly browned.
    Drain fat.
    Cook noodles in salted water until tender.
    Place a layer of meat mixture in casserole dish.
    Add a layer of noodles and top with Mexicorn.
    Repeat process.
    Pour diluted tomato soup over all. Cover with grated cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
