Chicken Ala Marge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken parts
    1/3 c. red wine
    2/3 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix oil and wine.
    Place chicken in roasting pan.
    Pour mixture over chicken.
    Sprinkle oregano over chicken pieces. Thinly slice an onion and put on chicken.
    Take 2 cans stewed tomatoes, crush them and pour over tomatoes and juice over chicken.
    Top with mushrooms and seal with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until chicken is done.
