No-Knead Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 cup warm water (105-115 degrees)
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 1/2 cup warm water
    3 Tbsp. shortening or oil
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    6 cups flour, approximately
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water.
    Measure sugar, salt, shortening and 1 1/2 cups warm water in large bowl.
    Beat in yeast and eggs.
    Add 2 cups flour and beat until smooth.
    Stir in enough flour to make soft dough and mix well.
    Place in greased bowl; cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 1/2 hours.
    Punch down, cover tightly and refrigerate.
    Remove dough from refrigerator. Shape rolls and let rise, about 45 minutes.
    Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
    Brush tops with butter.
    Dough will keep 3-4 days in refrigerator.
