Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. frozen corn, defrosted and drained
2 eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients together until incorporated; do not overmix (lumps are okay).
Drop tablespoons at a time into pan with 1/4 inch of oil; do not crowd.
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Dust with powdered sugar.
Serve immediately.
