Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cube steaks
    buttermilk
    self-rising flour
    salt and pepper
    oil
    1 large sliced onion
Preparation
    Sprinkle steaks with pepper lightly and cover with buttermilk. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Dredge each steak in flour until well coated.
