Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, boneless
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3/4 cup wine
    1/3 cup seedless raisins
Preparation
    Pierce chicken breasts with a fork. Combine all other ingredients in a small mixing bowl, mix well. Place chicken in a casserole dish and cover with mixture. Bake at 350F
    for 20-25 minutes or until done.
