Crabmeat Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/3 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1/3 c. chopped pimiento
    1/2 c. cooking sherry
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In large skillet on low heat, melt margarine.
    Add green onion; cook until softened.
    Add mushrooms and heat about 5 minutes.
    Add crabmeat, pimiento and sherry.
    Break apart any large lumps of crabmeat and heat through.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serve on toast points or pasta.
