German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 potatoes
1 lb. bacon
1 small onion
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Boil potatoes and peel.
Slice into casserole dish.
In frying pan, fry bacon until crispy.
Pull out bacon and put on paper towel.
In bacon grease, add chopped onion, sugar and vinegar. Add flour and bring to a boil.
Pour over potatoes and break bacon up over.
Mix together and serve warm.
