Grandma'S Chicken - cooking recipe

8 thinly sliced chicken cutlets
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, sliced thin
1/2 lb. thinly sliced ham or Prosciutto
1 1/4 c. seasoned croutons
1 c. bread crumbs
2 whole eggs, beaten
1/2 can chicken broth
1/2 c. olive oil or vegetable oil

Put croutons in milk and let it soak up the milk, making a pastry spread.
